Dear Fellow Members of the IMA Philippine Chapter,
It is with great honor and a deep sense of responsibility that we begin Fiscal Year 2026–2027 together.
As we move forward, we carry with us the momentum, accomplishments, and meaningful initiatives established by the previous leadership team. We are grateful for the strong foundation they have built, and we are committed to continuing this journey with renewed purpose, greater collaboration, and a shared vision for the future of our Chapter.
This year, our leadership is guided by three key priorities:
Strengthening Professional Development Programs and Partnerships
We will continue to create meaningful opportunities for our members to learn, grow, and excel. Through relevant programs, industry engagement, and strategic partnerships, we seek to strengthen the professional capabilities of our members and provide greater value to every IMA professional.
Promoting Transparent Communication and Active Member Engagement
A strong organization is built on trust, participation, and a shared sense of purpose. We are committed to fostering open and transparent communication and creating more opportunities for every member to be heard, involved, and empowered to contribute to the growth of our Chapter.
Building Stronger Student Chapters, Membership, and University Partnerships
Our future is shaped by the professionals we inspire today. We will continue to strengthen our student chapters, expand our membership, and deepen our partnerships with universities and academic institutions. Through these efforts, we hope to inspire the next generation of management accountants, finance professionals, and business leaders.
Beyond these priorities, I believe that the true strength of IMA lies in you our members.
Being part of IMA is more than simply holding a membership. It means being part of a global community committed to professional excellence, lifelong learning, ethical leadership, and service to the profession. It is something we can take pride in and something we should actively uphold through the way we lead, serve, and contribute.
As your Chapter Chair, I invite each of you to be an active part of this journey. Let us share our knowledge, support one another, welcome new members, mentor our students and young professionals, and build partnerships that create opportunities for everyone.
Together, let us build a Philippine Chapter that is stronger in its professional foundation, more engaged in its membership, more connected with the academic and business communities, and more recognized for the value it brings to the profession.
